Dear Rodney:
I am writing this letter to let you know how thankful
we are for your efforts. Our neighbors gave us your card and said
that you
helped them. I want to let your potential customers know that you
are a man of your word and they will be 100 % satisfied doing business
with you.
We were impressed that you arrived promptly for
our appointment. I especially liked the fact that you cared about
my property and
took actions to prevent yourself from bringing in dirt by
covering your feet. You were able to begin that day, and you set
a goal of getting our inside unit running that night. That is exactly
what you did: therefore, you were true to you word. You're a
man of integrity and that is the type of person I enjoy doing business
with. Not to mention that you also had a great attitude about
your work. We received the impression that you truly care about
the work you do. Your cleanliness was greatly appreciated.
Thank you for working late to make sure my family would have
heat for a cold night.
Sincerely,
Curtis & Tiffany Rowland

To Whom It Concerns:
I want to thank Rodney Gaston for installing a new air condition
unit in my house in November 2002. My family and I have been pleased
with his services. The unit works well, and our electric bill has
dropped approximately $100.00 a month. The unit also runs very
quietly.
Mr.
Gaston came highly recommended by a family member. His honesty
and reputation speak for themselves. I have used his services several
times. I would chose Mr. Gaston's work over any other well known
establishment.
Mr. Gaston is an asset to your company. I will continue to use
him for future concerns, and I will recommend his services to all
I know.
Sincerely,
Martha Ford

To Whom It May Concern:
On or about May 15, 2001, I left a message for
Mr. Gaston to call me regarding my air conditioning unit, which
was not working properly.
Within 30 minutes he returned my call. Together we made an appointment
for him to come to my home and look at my air and heating system.
He arrived on time and was very professional, yet friendly. A
co-worker who stated he has been their service person at their
home
for the past five(5) years recommended him to me.
We discussed my old unit and determined the unit
had been in place since July 1971. To repair the unit would be
too costly:
together we made the decision to replace the outside and inside
unit.
He assured me that he would be ready to install
both systems on May 18, 2001. Again he was on time. He introduced
me to his crew
and they all went to work, removing the old unit. At some point
Mr. Gaston left, leaving his crew to work. He called periodically
throughout the day to speak with his workers. Late in the afternoon
Mr. Gaston returned and stayed until the job was finished.
I noticed how they carefully laid down plastic in the area they
were working. They also wore cloth covers over their shoes while
in the house. They moved furniture out other area in which they
were working.
When the unit had been completely installed,
and all old parts, plastic, etc were removed from the house and
yard. The closet where the unit was installed was swept clean.
I would also like you to know that Mr. Gaston
worked with me on financing the entire cost of replacing the air
conditioning
and heating system. At no time did I feel I was being pressured
into purchasing something I didn't need.
I have already recommended Mr. Gaston's company to a relative.
They received the same prompt and courteous services. I will gladly
recommend Mr. Gaston's company to others in need of this services.
Sincerely,
Jessie

Dear Manager,
My name is Tracy Robinson. I am writing today to commend one of
your employees. His name is "Rodney". (I am unaware of his last
name.)
This gentleman came out yesterday to repair our
a/c system that had gone out the night before. He was not only
courteous, but went
out of his way to do a thorough job. He took his time, and cleaned
our system like no one else has ever done in the past. He truly
knows his job.
Rodney even called us last night to make sure
the system was running smoothly.
In today's world, people just don't give real
"customer service" anymore. We're glad to know that there
are still a few people that
can provide that customer service out there. We will definitely
be calling this company again the next time wed something.
Please thank Rodney again for us, and give him
a well-deserved pat on the back. I would also ask that you place
a copy of this
letter in his personnel file.
Sincerely,
Tracy M. Robinson

To Whom It May Concern:
RLG Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning,
Inc. installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning Unit in my home
in
June 2001 with
my electric bills for the same time period in 2000. I found that
my cost for electricity was 19% less for that six-month period
in 2001. The new unit definitely made a positive difference.
I would like to recommend RLG Mechanical Heating
& Air Conditioning, Inc. They were very professional, and I am
quite satisfied with
my new unit.
Sincerely

To: Rodney Gaston, RLG Mechanical
From: Nan Hanush
Subject: Replacement air condition/heating unit
To Whom It May Concern:
In August of 2000 my 25-year-old a/c unit died. After talking
with a friend who is in the heating/air conditioning business it
was suggested I call you for a bid and to look at my unit to confirm
it was no longer able to be fixed. I will admit I had known for
a long time my unit was on its last leg but I did not want to get
a new one during the summer.
After having the unit for 2 years now I wanted
to let you know how happy I am with it. I have noticed a drastic
cut in my electric
bills during the summer, last year my bills were about $50.00
less each month. I have also noticed a dramatic decrease in
my heating bills as well. But, the biggest change in both the
summer and winter is how quickly my new unit heats and cools the
house. This alone has helped my electric bills the most.
Thank you for recommending this unit to me, thank you for coming
back to do the service work on the unit, also thank you for coming
out and repairing the electric wires my dog chewed up recently.
She is now on a chain AWAY from the unit.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to show my appreciation
for the great customer service I received from RLG Mechanical.
A friend referred
me to RLG Mechanical for an estimate. I set up a time for Mr. Gaston
to meet at my home for the estimate and he was very prompt and
courteous when he arrived. Mr. Gaston went directly to the air
conditioner unit to find out what was the problem. He explained
to me that I needed a new coiled installed. I really appreciated
the fact that RLG Mechanical did not charge by the hour but by the
job. Mr. Gaston gave me a very reasonable and competitive estimate
so I decided to have him replace the coil. He returned promptly
the next day. He was very professional and did a thorough job
replacing the coil and making sure the air condition unit was
working properly before he left. Also Mr. Gaston completed the
job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with RLG Mechanical's
work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend RLG
Mechanical because of their great rates and great customer service.

Dear Rodney,
I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the
new 5-ton Trane heating and air conditioning system you installed
in my home. Living
in a house with lots of large windows is wonderful, but it does
present a cooling challenge in our Texas weather. Finally, I have
a system that is equal to the task.
Please tell all your potential customers that
I think you and your crew are the best! I especially appreciate
the tact, courtesy,
and respect you demonstrated toward me and my home. You were honest
and trustworthy, completing the work as agreed and on time and
for the agreed price. Because I have a very demanding work schedule,
it was important to me that you came when you said you would come.
I never felt pressured to purchase more than I could afford. You
were careful to explain every charge to me. Your attention to detail
even after the installation has added to my comfort level, too.
Of course, Rodney, in doing business with you
there have been other important benefits that cannot be measured.
One afternoon,
you helped me communicate in Spanish with some grounds workers,
and on another trip, you even volunteered to oil the squeak in
my garage door. These acts of kindness demonstrate the good character
of a solid human being. I felt like you treated me like you would
treat your own mother. I am recommending your company to all my
friends and neighbors and hope you will know much success in
business and in life.
Sincerely,
Ann Miller
